By this point, you will have a clear understanding of what documents we will need for your COE application package. We will be in contact with you throughout the entire document collection process. The necessary documents are divided into the following categories:
Upon successful submission of all required documents and completion of the Meko Japanese Language School N5 Proficiency Admissions Test, we will send you:
- Your official Letter of Acceptance
- Invoice for the screening and enrollment fees for your course
- Send you payment confirmation
- Conduct a comprehensive review of your documents and finalize your COE application
- Submit your COE application on the submission date established by the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
As a Class 1 institution certified by the Tokyo Immigration Bureau, MEKO maintains a 100% visa approval rate.
Every language school is assigned a designated group Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application date and result release date by the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
We will inform you of MEKO’s scheduled result release date and forward your COE along with the tuition invoice once it has been approved. You can then print the COE and bring it to your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate to apply for your student visa.
